EASA / Agusta Westland Qualified
OEM (Part 21J) + FAL (Part 21G) Manufacturing Engineers
30 $/hour, available up to 1000 hours a month

We are a team of aerospace experts with proven expertize in OEM Design Organization activities
as well as preparation of aircraft' production:

  • We offer technical and organizational solutions to increase efficiency of Customer's project;
    .

  • We offer concurent engineering of Customer's drawings. Our subject: bended parts, milled parts, assemblies;
    .

  • We are able to draft production facility for final assembly of an aircrafts and for EASA Part 21 G Certification;
    .

  • We layout the location of assembly stations, calculate takt-time, list the production equipment in the shop;
    .

  • We creating a production configuration of an Aircraft;
    .

  • We defining segmentation: configuration of Main Components to deliver in FAL;
    .

  • Automation of production and Job Cards development;
    .

  • Technical support of internal assembly production, as well as production cooperation (components) productions;
    .

  • Work coordination at Main Components production facilities;
    .

  • We develop production cooperation, we develop production capabilities.
    .

  • We write QMS procedures to guarantee manageable Aircraft production business processes.
    .

  • We perform acceptance and incoming analysis of design documentation propagated from the design function;
    .

  • We do planning and budgeting of technological equipment specific to Final Assembly Line (electrical bench, hydraulic bench);
    .

  • We can design necessary tools and final assembly equipment;
    .

  • We are able to adopt existing ERP-system to work as a MES;
    .

  • Resource and qualification planning in the final assembly shop.

Concurent engineering of
Customer's drawings

Primary tasks

We liaise Production (Fuselage, Rotormast, Rotorblade, Rotorhub, Landing Gear, Final Assembly Line) with Design Function to adopt Design and increase producibility:

  • Making a list of remarks on the manufacturability of Design Documentation;

  • Development of a documented sequence of aircraft assembly and system checks in the assembly shop;

  • Changing the tree of Design Drawings at the interest of manufacturability, sectioning and final assembly process.

Material and Process Definition

Definition of a technical strategy for the R&D project to harmonize
markets for aircraft' sales and operation with component sources:

  • production cooperation development;

  • drawing tree segmentation;

  • metallic and non-metallic materials Master List (Library);

  • protective and functional coatings Master List (Library);

  • technical part notes Master List (Library);

  • manufacturing processes Master List (Library);

  • fasteners, procurable and standard parts Master List (Library).

  • OEM's own Technical Specifications for Processes, Raw materials,
    Coatings, Components;

  • Developer's own Job Cards for Production (including critical parts);

  • Production documentation of the Design Bureau (production processes specifications (PPS), Job Cards (JC), production specific Technical Requirements Specifications for the system, component or whole aircraft, etc.).

Production Configuration
(MBOM) development

Production configuration is the MBOM, that needs to be purchased.

MBOM consists of two items:
1. Components ordered to perform the Final Assembly Job Card;
This item is subject to be developed by OEM's Manufacturing Engineering.

2. Main Component Assemblies (MCA), to be delivered in FAL from supplier. This item is governed by Design Documentation PLUS Specification for Delivery (that may significantly enlarge production scope).

OEM is responsible for create and updates of Job Cards generated MBOM.

External Qualified Suppliers are responsible for Production Configuration of the MCA's, ordered from him by OEM engineering.

Job Card serves as production execution and also as an accompanying (evidentiary) documentation.

It contains a sequence of assembly operations with a textual description of steps to be done, sketch, list of assembly units and applied tooling.

We are happy to negotiate with a customer about depth of the Job Card details.

Depends of the maturity of the project and available lead time - we can offer minimum - medium - maximum details Job Card preparation methodology.

Final Assembly Job Cards creation, modification, validation

We are able either to follow customer's procedure for configuration control,

or offer to him our own xls methodology of design (EBOM)
and production configurations (MBOM) comparison.

The report allows to understand the percentage of design configuration planned
for production and to find errors in existing production configuration.
